Marty Will's first Assistance Dog,
Elderly cairn terrier
DuskyHaze crossed the Rainbow Bridge in 2003.

DuskyHaze, Black with Brindle
Cairn Terrier, was Marty Will's
first Servce Dog. Although Marty
had trained Dusky for a variety
of tasks, Marty didn't realize,
until years later, that Dusky Haze
was indeed an owner-trained Service Dog.

Nick's life would end abruptly,
many years later in a sick
killing spree perpetrated
on a group of equine animals.

People in a crowd will
not move out of the
way for an ambulance with
sirens wailing.

They sure can move fast
at the sound of four
shod hooves dancing
closer and closer.

One of Nick's crowd
control jobs was to act
as ambulance escort at
county fairs and other

assemblies of large
groups of people.

girl who grew up to be a
working member of the
Underwater K-9 Search
and Recovery team.
She went on to live a
long and full life.

SilverSmokes, once a severly neglected animal
Silver Pony in Harness
recovered and brought joy in to both his life and the lives of others until his mid thirties.

Silver Smokes also taught US how to drive. We had a blast with him. A good friend would visit with his 3 small children, (3,4,5) Silver Smokes gave them pony rides and let them brush and primp on him. One on top (in the saddle), one braiding his mane, and one braiding his tail. He was a super pony. We had him 4 years, estimating he was in his mid-thirties.

Gator nearly died from a serious bacterial infection at the tender age of 7 weeks. She went on to become the love of her person's life, going on rounds to visit farm animals, and everyway a part of a newly practicing Vet's life. At the age of 14, Gator would cross the Rainbow Bridge after retiring for the night when she gently slipped away before the dawn.
