High Plains Service Dogs has a uniquely identifiable uniform for our dogs. These are our specially designed dog friendly vests
and harnesses adorned with our logo patches, and beautifully designed in a rich purple color.
Many Thank Yous to "Just One Little Indian” for the gift of Designing and Donating our special reflective logo patches.
This unique reflective patch is an industry stand out, for as far as we can ascertain, no other program has embroidered Logos
on fully reflective backgrounds used for their program's patch.

A small versatile lightweight harness has also been created, and can
be seen in the picture shown above. Much energy and research went in to the creation of these, dog anatomy friendly, designs
for the harnesses. Not only are they correctly functional, but they are beautifully designed and nicely stand out in the purple
colors. (2007 last revision) We have discovered that the saddle piece, plus small pack, will drape smartly over the
back of one of the high quality custom built harnesses made by Circle E leather craftsman, Mr. Arnie Epstein. These M generation
harnesses are recommended for all our teams needing the rigid harness.

The accounting firm of Sherry Olsen Frank had helped us get our house in good order, and we have received the federal
tax exemption award letter for what is commonly known as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, which her firm helped us to
file for. (2006) A lot of work has gone in to this project. Many aspects had to be covered and an appropriate
plan of action executed. This included the training of, the acquisition of, and the appropriate testing of the dogs themselves.
In addition to a focus on the dogs, there must be an equal concern of all aspects regarding the disabled owner trainers, with
full regards for the rights and duties of those who use Service Dogs. (2003) to the present High Plains Association
of Service Dog Advocates also exists to assist the public in recognizing these special dogs and their handlers; information
has been gathered to offer education to any organization or business who would like to know more about their rights and responsibilities
to these teams. In general, we want our mobility service dogs and their disabled owner handlers’ welcome by action
to seamlessly integrate with their communities by having full respectful accessibility in the public arena.
Thank You to Sherry for volunteering her firm's assistance, and so much of her own personal time in helping us to attain
this goal.
Sherry Olsen-Frank C.P.A.
